ITS received the following announcement from Panopto Support:
On Saturday, June 9, Panopto cloud customers will be upgraded to Panopto 5.7. This upgrade will require downtime:
During the time your site is offline, you will not be able to access recordings on your server, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
Please put this date on your calendar and plan your work in Panopto ahead of the outage time.
Are experiencing problems logging into your Office 365® email account? This is a "known issue" that can be remedied by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

We are hearing again from some Mac users that Blackboard doesn’t work correctly when they use the Safari browser. We also had similar reports in September and contacted Blackboard Support at that time. As of now, they have not given any update as to when the problem will be fixed and, even though it hasn't been announced, there is evidence that Blackboard has stopped supporting Safari altogether. Because of this, we suggest that you use either the Firefox or Chrome browser.
